Brief Answer:
If increased saliva production;inflammation of oral mucosa to treat first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Before running into final conclusions, I need to know:
- is your saliva increased in amount recently?
- since when did you notice saliva goes wrong pipe?
- what meds you are taking for asthma: pumps? tablets?
- are you also having heartburn? or any other stomach hyperacidity problems?

Asthma meds when used as pumps can cause inflammation of the oral mucosa. This is associated with increased saliva. Probiotics and glycerin of borax can help ease the inflammation.
Furthermore, stomach hyperacidity might be also aggravated when on asthma meds. Depending on the cause, antacids can be used to stabilize stomach liquid pH.

That's why I need to have the information as requested above to give the most appropriate treatment strategy.

Try to sleep with 2 pillows (raised head from shoulders) to help saliva flowing down to the right pipe.

Looking forward to have the requested information in for a more specific advice.
