Brief Answer:
Common side effects of non selective betablockers.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thank you for asking your query on HealthcareMagic.
I am a Cardiologist and would be answering your query.

Dizziness,Weakness,Drowsiness or fatigue,Cold hands and feet,Extreme fatigue are all common side effect of betablockers.
Atenolol is a old betablocker and is not cardioselective hence intensity of symptoms are higher.
I would advice you to switch over to cardio selective betablockers like Metoprolol carvediolo or bisoprolol and see how you respond to them.

How come you are taking Telma,Minipress,Calaptin and Aten at same time?
Regards.
