Can Breast Size Be Increased Without Removing Previous Breast Implants?

Question: I had a mastectomy 13 years ago on my right breast and a mastectomy on my left breast last year. My Dr. Replaced my right implant along with the left implant. My Dr. did put in the same size on both sides. (My implants are saline). My left breast is larger than my right and I think that it is because my skin was stretched out more, I could be wrong, I don't know. My question is, is it possible to increase the size of my breast without going through having the implants taken out, putting in expanders and having larger implants put in? I hope this is not a stupid question!
Thank you,

Brief Answer:
no thats not possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome again to HealthcareMagic.
Its is not possible to change the size of your breast without changing the implants. Putting larger implants or expanders will need a repeat surgery, involving removal of your present implants and replacing them with a bigger new one.
If you don't want a repeat surgery, all you can do is wear padded brassieres to increase the size of your breast. You may even put extra pads in the cups. But just make sure that it is not very uncomfortable or tight to you. As very much pressure may move the implant or cause skin damage.
Hope i have been helpful.

Thank you so much for answering my question. I thought maybe my Dr. Could do a little Liposuction to smooth out some of the imperfections. I am thankful for being well, and since you said nothing can be done, I will move on and get the tattooing done.
Thanks again,

You can go on....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Liposuction is not possible after a mastectomy since after the surgery no fat is left on the skin. You can go for tattooing, no issues.
