What Causes Urine Leakage After Having Liposuction On Stomach/thighs?
Ok I m 40 years old....just turned. I have two children 5 and 12 years old. 9 months ago I had lipo suction on my stomach and inner thighs. I have alot of scar tissue from the surgery. Recently I was exercising and I felt somthing large move. After this I started leaking urine everyday for the last 3 weeks. I started to get my period then it stopped. I think my bladder has fallen.....what does it sound like to you? Thank you
This could be mostly either Neurogenic bladder due to spine problem that you have or due to chronic retention with an overflow of the bladder due to an enlarged prostate.
You need to consult qualified Urologist and Neurologist for clinical examination and get following basic test done to help to establish the diagnosis
1) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
2) Urodynaemic study of bladder
3) Cystometric study of bladder
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) 5) Neurological examination by a Neurologist to rule out any neurological cause.
Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
