Brief Answer: EXPLAINED BELOW Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. Diazepam suppositories do not interfere with sperms or with your attempts at conception. Still, why not use rectal suppositories - they would avoid vaginal use . Also, diazepam use in the first trimester is not safe for the fetus in case you DO conceive.
