There is no necessary reason why drinking this beverage should caused change in your stool. This might be due to other foods in your diet. This is what we're drinking excessive amounts of this beverage.
I seriously wonder if there was something else in your diet that caused this change. It is also important to know whether or not this changing your bowel habits continues. This may signal some other type of problem. If you only had a single episode this might only be a passing phenomenon associated with some change in your diet.
of course with any food or beverage drink excessive amounts or consume excessive amounts of anything this can definitely caused strange symptoms.

It sounds like you are very healthy. I think it is very important for you to seriously consider decreasing your alcohol intake. There are no herbal remedies which helped decrease cravings. Your Dr. might consider prescribing medication to help decrease some of the neurological effects of diminishing your alcohol consumption. I would strongly encourage you to sit down with your doctor to talk about a long-term plan.
Regarding energy drinksI think it would be a good idea for you to discontinue consuming these as well. There are no real health benefits of these.
I would also recommend you consider really looking at your diet and exercise regimen to make sure that you are consuming a very well balanced diet and exercising at least 3 or 4 days per week for 30 minutes to 1 hour at a time. This will help maintain good general cardiovascular fitness for you.
