Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this heartburn that you have. Water is unlikely to cause this. I have reviewed your drugs and potassium chloride is know to cause pill induced inflammation of the esophagus and stomach. This is why we always recommend that persons taking this drug drink much water. I am of the strong opinion that this might be the cause of your symptoms. I recommend you drink much water after taking this oil and avoid going to bed to soon after dinners or leaning forward as this can cause it to flow from the stomach into the esophagus and cause heartburns.

In all, your potassium supplement is a likely cause of this and not water. Drink much water while taking drug and avoid going to bed too soon or leaning forward after this medication.
