Can Eating Outside Food And Listening To Loud Music Affect Pregnancy?

Not affect but I don't recommend loud music.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:
At this stage, loud music DOESN'T affect your growing embryo. However, I WOULDN'T recommended hearing it every night though it is hard to measure how much loudness or noise can affect developing baby.
Repeated loud music causes to produce more stress hormone in your body and increases heart rate, which is NOT good for your baby. If a pregnant woman works around loud noise or music industry for several hours, she will be at higher risk of delivering baby with hearing loss.
I suggest you to repeat beta-hCG after 3 days to check rising pattern and TVS scan after 1 week to check for gestational sac. Kindly, consult with your treating doctor regarding this.
Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.

Mostly normal. You will see gestational sac after 1 week.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome back again.
1) Mild abdominal cramp or feeling of pain inside vagina is quite common and normal things during early week of pregnancy. Hormonal changes are major contributory factor regarding this.
2) If you undergo Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan, you can see gestational sac after 4th week, fetal pole and yolk sac around 5th week and fetal heart beat around 5-6 weeks. Review with scan report.
Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
