Brief Answer:
Looks like Diabetes related..
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for writing back..
Your loss of teeth seems to be related to Diabetes..
I have seen a large number of cases in which individuals having Diabetes loose their teeth due to damage to supporting structure of teeth that is gums and underlying alveolar bone due to deep invasion of bacteria..
So this is most probably the cause..
Maintaining meticulous oral hygiene and regular dental prophylaxis can help you in retaining the left over teeth..
