Suggest Treatment For Neck Sprain
My healthy 8 year old (4 4 , not sure of weight) I think has a crick in her neck. She was rinsing with mouthwash and while she was swishing, I guess it activated. her head is tilted to on side and one shoulder is higher than the other. She is suppose to start dance class tonight. Anything I can do?

This can be due to a muscle spasm. Hot compress will help. Mild massage can also help. Oral muscle relaxant and a local analgesic gel will also help.
