Genital warts are benign in more than 90 percent cases.
So please don't worry or assume the worst.
What is your age ?
Is your pap smear done?
Let me know the doctors notes to know more about the brown area.
Relax.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Detailed Answer:
Well, based on the few details we have right now, it is difficult to say if this could be cancer.
There is a possibility, but then it might just be a flattened wart.
I need to have the Pap smear and colposcopy reports for reference to be able to comment better.
I would ask you to relax until they do a biopsy and you know the results.
Take care, dear.
