Can Heavy Friction Cause Soreness On The Vulva Lips Of Labia Minora?

Question: Is it possible to have sores on the vulva lips (labia minora) from heavy friction? I had heavy and prolonged intercourse with my boyfriend and it was very sore so we stopped and the next day I found 2 painful white sores on the inside of my labia minorora..also my vulva has been sorely stretched on the bottom and there are also now (after 4 days) painful white sores there too.. Is this an STD or is it normal for friction sores to develop like this?
