I have tried this
"Otrivine ( a topical decongestant that is placed in the nose) should be available but again it may be best to ask your pharmacist specifically for the topical decongestants that are available.
He or she would also be able to tell you which oral decongestants can be found. Sudafed (An oral decongestant) may be available

Would you recommend experimenting with natural remedies such as honey and cloves
