Can I Join The Gym While Suffering From Internal Hemorrhoids?
Question: Hi ,
Good Morning.
I am writing this query to check if it works for me.
I am a 26 year old file and I had Internal piles (3 small ones) that's what doctor told me and am taking a good fibre diet to keep in control . The reason I wrote this query is I am planning to hit GYM undera personal Trainer to gain some weight and put on some muscle as I look very thin.
So I wanted to check if it causes any problem to me as I have piles under the guidance of a Personal Trainer to gain some weight?
Thanks,
XXXXXX

Brief Answer:
You may join the GYM to gain body weight.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I really appreciate your concern towards your internal hemorrhoids.
As long as you have no problems with your internal piles like if you have regular bowel habits no constipation, no bleeding or abdominal pain, you may join the gym.
Continue to eat vegetables, fruits, drink a lot of water and avoid carbonated sweetened soft drinks, red meat, and of course since you are planning to join for Gym, hope fully there should not be any problem.
Hope this suggestion could be useful in taking a decision.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
You may take these high protein foods.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX, Hi
How are you?
Welcome back to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the diet to be taken while on gymn.
You can take protein shakes and of course boiled eggs as they contain high class proteins (essential amino acids) required for the muscles.
Since you are a strict vegan, continue to take green leafy vegetables and fruits as they contribute significantly in the form of high dietary fiber that is required for you to avoid constipation.
Hope this answers your query.
Regards.
