Can I Use Xylomist Nasal Drops For Ear Blockage?

Question: Hello Doctor

I have ear infection and my ear is blocked but I don't have any nasal congestion.I met the ENT specialist today and he gave me a list of medications along with Xylomist Nasal drops.
I have a question here, .Do you think Xylomist nasal drops could clear my ear congestion although i don't have congestion in nose.Or can I use Xylomist nasal drops to my ears.Help me out with this doctor, I have to start my medication course today.

Also don`t use Xylomist nasal drops in the ear because there is no role of this drop in any type of ear infection.
