Can Joint Issue Cause Headache, Stuffy Nose And Lump On Head?
Question: Well I find it difficult to believe all the symptoms I have and have had can be caused by this joint issues eg how does it explain stuffy nose associated with the headaches and pains and the orbital pain and small lumps in the skin on my top of my head close to the affected templearea and itchy aching eardrums and very strange sensation while flying

The joint issue can cause local pain referred to the ear, headache and in case it is due to inflamed joint it can cause local lymph nodes to swell. The other symptoms like stuffy nose, orbital pain, itchy aching ear drums and strange sensation while flying are suggestive of a middle ear problem.
A repeat MRI scan and consulting an ENT specialist can help. It is difficult to pin point a diagnosis with so many different symptoms that do not seem to be related to each other.
