Question: Rotator cuff repair due to large tear due to impact with Doctor on top of me.
Surgery failed, after two years. Lawyer claiming second surgery not related. Claim I caused it with raking and moving boxes. I did have anchors from first. Please help me understand if I was the cause of the second? Thank you.
