Can Lipoma Compress Blood Vessels Blocking The Blood Flow?

Question: I want to know about the epidermal crst, Lipoma.
Because I have no medical Knowledge, I'm very curious.
I have got little epidrmal crsts in chest part (size is below 1cm) and Head(below 1cm)
since 4-5yr.
The size is almost same...
What I want to know that, eventhoug the size is small, could it press the blood vessel below the epidermal, and could i block the blood vessel?
I searching for the answer on internet.. there is no answer for the blood vessel impact.

The epidermal cysts pressure does NOT cause blockage of blood vessels. These are benign lesions and need to be surgically removed.
