How To Treat Painful,pus Filled Small Plunge On Hip?

Hi, Im having a small plunge(lipomas may be) underneath the skin in back side of my hip. It was not painful for 2-3 years. but now its paining and having smelly puss of liquid if i give pressure on it. What is that & what action i need to take for this? Kindly help me out.

Hi,

It seems to be an infected epidermoid cyst or lipoma. You need to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines. Once the condition improves go for excisions of the lump.
