Question : I just need to ask I sent another std test for chlymadia and gonorrea but I had a very heavy cycle could it cause any problems as I like to check myself regular

Usually, the tests for Chlamydia and gonorrhea are carried out after your periods are completely finished. Urine samples are usually taken to run such tests. As you are having a very heavy cycle, I'd advise to wait until it's over.
If other body fluids are used instead of urine, then, no problem.

Personally, I ask my patients to run vaginal swab testing after menses are over (3 days after no blood is present).
However, if your caring doctor has advised to carry on with testing even when on menses, then, follow his/her advice.

I have had a vaginal swab for chlamydia test that's positive then another vaginal swab negative I'm a bit confused could u shed some light
