Brief Answer:
Hello.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Yes mucous in the body is not digested hence comes out in stools.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed antihistamines + mucolytics for 2 weeks and leukotriene antagonist daily for 3 months.
This will surely help.
Avoid Curds and oily food in this season.
Drink boiled water only.
Hope my answers have helped you.
Pleased to help you further. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your follow up query.
Yes that looks like little bit of mucous and watery stools.
Apart from post nasal drip, even any stomach upset or gi disorders also can produce this type of stools .
do you have any stomach cramps, diarrhoea, blood in stool any of such complaints from past a week?
Please answers so that I can help you better. Thanks.

Not really, just anxiety and bad allergies. maybe a little cramp not really. Just little mucus sometimes over the last 3 months.I don't think stools are watery that was sitting there for an hour. Just mucus i think. i have swallowing a lot.

Hello.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your follow up query.
I don't think there is any issue to worry about.
As I suggested just take some antihistamines + mucolytics for a week. It will dry up the mucous.
Avoid oily and cold items as it may increase mucous production and also hamper your digestion.
Keep your diet light and easily digestable.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
