Brief Answer:
No they do not sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Normally, most pre-workout supplements and thermogenics contain vitamins, herbs and protein supplements. Neither of which can affect birth control or alter their efficacy or function.

In my opinion, none of the available pre-workout supplements or weight loss enhancing medications can affect birth control, but just to be on the safer side I would prefer to go through the contents of the supplements in question.

I would also like you to know that the main thermogenics used are caffeine and ephedrine, both of which can react with birth control pills and cause undesired side effects like headaches, insomnia, etc; but they do not reduce the efficacy of the birth control pills.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
It is safe to use with birth control sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

As I had mentioned earlier, most of the components are natural herbs, caffeine or ephedrine, none of which will reduce the effect of the birth control pills. Raspberry ketones are natural and do not affect birth control pills; green coffee bean extract and caffeine anhydrous also will not interfere with the action of birth control, but can result in headaches and a few other side effects.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for anything, I am always available to help.

Best wishes.
