Brief Answer:
Possible diagnosis and treatment accordingly
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would keep seborrheic dermatitis as my first possibility. My second possibility is psoriasis. Psoriasis is not so common on face. Seborrheic dermatitis is.
Treatment for both these conditions affecting scalp and face is more or less the same.
You may continue with clindamycin for acne.
For scalp you may apply a lotion e.g Elocon lotion rather than flutivate cream.
Regards
