I am suffering of severe dandruff which leads to lot of hairfall. How should i do to control it?

For severe dandruff, you may use a coal tar and salicylic acid based antidandruff shampoo e.g Protar Lotion Or Ionax -T solution.
In addition you may use a steroid and salicylic acid based solution for scalp application e.g topisal - 3% solution, 1 ml, twice daily.
Severe dandruff can be a sign of underlying conditions like psoriasis Or Seborrheic Dermatitis. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region if there is no improvement or frequent relapses.
