Few studies have been done on the effect of Soy Isoflavones on blood pressure , some studies has shown that there is no effect of Soy Isoflavones on blood pressure while some studies have shown that in high dose, Soy Isoflavones can increase blood pressure.
Some studies has also shown that daily consumption of Soy Isoflavones can bring down blood pressure.
So presently there is no conclusive data to support or refute the effect of Soy Isoflavones on blood pressure .
So my recommendation is , if it is indicated for you to use Soy Isoflavone go ahead and use it . Just keep monitoring your blood pressure once in a while .
