Can Strong Immune Systems Get Rid Of HPV Permanently?
Question: I was diagnosed with HPV 13 years ago through an abnormal pap. I thought that I would have it for the rest of my life but after recent research I discovered that a healthy immune system can rid themselves of this virus. Is that true? Is it probable that I don't have it anymore?

Yes it is correct that in some cases body can get rid of virus but this is not seen in all cases.HPV is usually not eradicated from the body. Once infected it remains there for the lifetime.
