Vitamin C might help in absorption of vitamin B complex
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. You are right about the normal daily vitamin A recommended is 80 mg and this contains 5 times the amount. However it is said that vitamin C helps in better intake of vitamin B complex.
2. Taking it will benefit you but you should not taken if there is a pregnancy.
3. Please also take a healthy diet including green vegetables and proteins.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
