Systolic and diastolic numbers shows anout cardiac function and if there is any abnormalities.
When ejection fraction is low and you have an enlarged heart (large diastolic diameters) then you most probably have an enlarged cardiomipaty and heart failure.
However I would like to have all your echocardiography data to give a more accurate answer. Can you please upload the echo reports for me?
