Can Taking Tramadol And Metaxalone Together Cause Any Side-effects?
Brief Answer:
interaction is possible
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the problem with concurrent use of these drugs lies mainly to their central nervous system (CNS) effects as they both cause CNS depression. Reduced respiratory drive, sleepiness and even coma may result from high doses of these drugs. Since you have not taken very high doses you'll probably be OK. But keep in mind that drugs that cause CNS depression may have unpredictable effects on certain patients, so try to avoid using them together and be sure to visit your doctor if you develop symptoms of CNS dysfunction.
Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
there is no contraindication
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!
Please let me explain this further. There is no contraindication to take both but sometimes in certain patients the combination may be too much for their CNS, particularly when the doses are high. Other patients may do well with it.
