Hello,

None of them causes heartburn. They may cause diarrhea and related abdominal discomfort though. Sometimes they cause a generalized discomfort (malaise).

If the symptoms persist you should better consult your primary care physician because your symptoms are unlikely to be caused by the vaccination.
