No, it is not possible to change the shape of the nose like that. The only way is to do plastic surgery.
I would suggest to not attempt it because you may hurt yourself.
The cartilage of the nose doesn't have blood vessels so if it gets damaged it will be very difficult to heal.

Yes, it is possible when someone by pushing/hitting hard breaks a bone in the nose, jaw of face. If the broken bone is not fixed but let like that to heal, it will not return into place and may result in changing of the shape of the nose or facial features.

But that will look ugly and not symmetrical. Also, it would be very painful, because of not being in its natural position.

If there was no pain or fracture, then it's not possible for there to be any changes in position or shape of face/head/facial features by someone pushing/pressing on sides or any area in any direction of face/head with hands, right? Thanks!
