Question : Hello Iam 14weeks 6 days pregnant today and I have been trying to conceive with PCOS for a year so aim so happy to finally have conceived. I have been taking utrogestan 200MG 3times a day since i started my pregnancy up until last week. 13weeks. Now that I have stopped them completely (a Week ago) Iam scared that i would miscarry even though my doctor told me that everything is fine. Can stopping Utrogestan cause me to miscarry or have a stilbirth?

                                    Brief Answer:
Can stop taking it
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes dear you can very well discontinue taking it since after 12 weeks placenta starts functioning so no need of extra supplementation needed.
Just relax and keep taking iron and calcium as told and a lot of rest.
Take care

                                    Brief Answer:
No harm in taking
Detailed Answer:
Don't be so stressed by minor symptoms in the first place.
Watery discharge is very common in pregnancy as usually there are a lot of hormones and thus all glands which normally secrete fluids are in hyperactive state.
So it is good only and indicative of good amount of hormones in body.
Taking uterogestan now has minimal role in supporting pregnancy as already your body has all the hormones in right amount so taking it is just an extra exercise now which was ultra important earlier.
But since it has no adverse effect so you can continue if taking it decreases your anxiety.
Take care

                                    Brief Answer:
Doppler is safe
Detailed Answer:
Doppler is safe for the baby so nothing to worry and you can continue listening to fetal heart but that will be possible after 16 weeks of pregnancy and that too at times is difficult to localise.
So it can increase your panic rather than decreasing the same.
Nail art can be done.
No issues with nail art at all.
