Circumference Size Of Penis, Stretching Penis To Reduce Circumference. Surgical Procedure An Option ?

Question: is their a procedure or what is your reconmendation for making the circumferance size of the penis smaller around?

Thanks for the follow up.

The surgical procedure to reduce the circumference of the penis shall make you impotent and do'nt even think about it.

Stretching the penis is also not going to reduce its circumference.

There is very little that can be done.
