Diagnosed With Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Having Indigestion Problem. Prescribed Vancomycin And Zosyn. Guide?

Right before Noras birth- I was also given Vancomycin, Zosyn multiple times because they thought I had a uterine infection (and I ended up NOT having an infection) - and 2 days after that the belly problems started...and my symptoms of PoTs
the tests have been as follows
Colonoscopy that showed a sessile polyp and removed- otherwise the colonoscopy was negative
my EGD showed Gastritis - otherwise negative
both the EGD and colonscopy had biopsies that showed nothing. They took biopsies from my stomach and my bowel.
I have had a hida scan which is normal.
I have had a RUQ ultrasound- which is normal
I have had MANY and I mean MANY cat scans of my abdomen and pelvis- which are normal.
I had a celiac panel done- which is normal and negative for celiec
I was tested for Crohns, Colitis, bowel diseases which are negative
I was tested for pancreatic issues - came back normal no autoimmune pancreatitus or anything of the sort
they tried me on Creon just to see if I wasn't having enough pancreatic digestive enzymes. - - didn't help.
I had a gastic emptying test on my stomach- also normal
occult blood was positive (they did this prior to doing EGD and colonoscopy- but found XXXXXXX hemmroids and nothong else)
stool samples for Cdiff, and other bacteria - all negative
and yes they found fat in my stool
I was getting better... taking probotics- then I was put on Amoxil and had a bag of rocephin and I got WORSE again.
the only positive test I have had is my small bowel series showed rapid transit time. ... my whole Small bowel series only lasted 35 minutes............the doc just said rapid transit time. otherwise NOrmal small bowel series

I did have a positive XXXXXXX 1:160 speckled and they tested for autoimmune diseases - all auto antibodies came back negative and I show no signs of autoimmune diseases
Thyroid levels are normal. (TSH, T3, and T4)

I have been under MAJOR STRESS since my baby was born. Anxiety. Depression. I wake up anxious all the time. im sick of this. actuelly I have been under major stress since 2 months after I got pregnant as I bled my entire pregnancy and lost her at 23 weeks.......
why the belly issues? all normal tests except for RAPID Transit...... I don't understand im scared- and feel im going to whither away. I don't have stomach pain- only nausea and that's just been recent. no bloating no pain.

Thanks for writing in.
Sorry to know that you are in distress and the fact that even after a multitude of tests there is no clear cut diagnosis.
Also, sorry about your loss ... Just hold on and hang in there. I understand that you are scared and sad. But no.. you are not going to wither away. Don't give up.
Sometimes anxiety and depression after the loss of a baby can present with symptoms similar to the ones you are having.
I would advise you to do the following...Since you have almost been evaluated for everything under the sun, it wouldn't hurt to try the following measures.
A daily dose of probiotics, Or include curd in your daily diet. Curd contains the good bacteria lactobacillus.
Sign up for yoga classes , if you have a good instructor in your area.
Meditation and relaxation techniques will definitely help. It will help you be strong mentally.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week (after consulting your physician).
Avoid oily and fatty food . Eat healthy.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
I hope the above measures will help you. All the best.
Regards,
