Do Betnesol And Eumosone-M Help In Treating Itchy Rashes?
Question: Hi I have itching and rashes around neck. I visited a doctor today and she has given me a tube of Eumosone-M to apply and 6 tablets each of betnesol and 1 AL to continue for next 3 days. Will this help? Is there any option of uploading a picture of the affected area for more clarification?

I have gone through your question and the images, based on this it appears to be Eczema.
It can be triggered by allergens are present in clothing or bedding, they can affect the neck and cause an itchy rash. others include soaps and detergents that have been used in the laundry, Stress, etc.
In my clinic, i would have treated the patient with the same medication as given to you. Apart from this i would have asked them to remember some thing that they might have come in contact, that might be responsible and to avoid it. I would have asked the patient to take the agent for 5 days and if it persists would have asked them to review. Also i would suggest you to clean the are with XXXXXXX warm water and use mild soap for few days.
