default
Posted on Thu, 12 Nov 2015
Question: i did kegel exercises 2 years ago , but i was doing it 24 hours and i think i did it in a wrong way or something. however , after 5 months of doing it , i got erectile dysfunction. my erection was amazing and it last too much time. now it doesn't even last for few seconds and weak very short pennis . this is now going on with me for 1 year and 9 months. i test all tests and there is no cure for me cuz i don't have any problem as doctors claim. but it is not phsycological because im measuring my erection when i wake up. early morning erection is so weak and small it doesn't even good to insert it in a woman. check my reports

please note , im sure from my all previous tests it is something related to musceles or nervous system not blood. so in case you prefer to consult with another doctors together it will be good idea since my problem is very complicated and it needs a doctor who has physiotherapy back ground to help me i think.

Stop smoking and start exercising.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Alfahel and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you, your problem has no relation to Kegel exercises.
It's very clear from all your reports, that erection is very normal.
You're advised the following;
1. Stop smoking.
2. Start exercising like cycling, swimming, jogging or weight training.
3. Recreation like music, yoga, meditation,or reading.
4. Don't take advice from friends.
5. Believe in your specialist doctors, who're experts in their field.
6. No antibiotic or Cialis is indicated at present.
7. At time of having sex or masturbation, be relaxed and increase time of foreplay.
8. You'll find changes gradually, over the coming months, not overnight.
9. One of your tests called cavernesogram, tests if you're having a normal erection. The report clearly shows normal erection, not in any one part only.
10.Don't keep looking at your penis, to check erections, otherwise you'll become very conscious of it.
Follow this advice and you should be fine soon.
Wishing you the very best.

Brief Answer:
Cavernosogram duplicates normal erection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Erection is a complex process, which involves nervous system.
That's the reason for doing a cavernosogram.
One needs an arousal and sexual stimulation, for an erection.
To get the erection, we bypass this, and simulate a normal erection in this test.
Once a normal erection is duplicated, the test report suggests, normal sensory test.
Hope you're clear and no more doubts are there.
Wish you well.

aha , but as far as i know this test for blood flow into pennis. ok i know that they test the blood in pennis but is there any test to test blood vessels or nervous system before the pennis like in pelvic floor area? or behind the stomach ? i mean as i know the body is like cables connected to each other and deliver the electricity to the load. so maybe the route of these cables are weak or pressed that is why i have good system delivered but maybe i have weak signal that i recieve . maybe in the pelvic area i have weak signal of the nervous system that delivers to the pennis , but it is not damaged . so it deliver there but with weak flow or signal not full one. so what do you suggest in this case? am i right?

Brief Answer:
Our body is a complex system.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
You're right.
Erection has a blood supply rush into it,after electrical cables(nervous system), sends
the proper electrical signals, and after ejaculation, elctrical signals co-ordinate the return flow of blood.
So it's a complex co-ordinated signal system, and that's tested completely, during cavernosogram.
Unless the electrical system is bypassed, blood flow alone, will not sustain the erection,(retaining blood flow rush), inside the system(penis).
A normal test duplicates the complex erection.
As far as signals to rest of body parts is concerned, the electrical main supply system, which sends and receives lots of cables and signals, itself is regulated,as are cables to heart, and toes.
Hope your doubts and understanding is cleared now.
Get well soon.

so do you advise me to do nervous system check for my toes? i heard that there is a nervous test for my pelvic floor that might not be clear in any doppler test , and they connected it to the area between my anus and my balls and start to give me electrical pulses and see the nervous system at that area, is that true? do you advise me to do that test by neurologist ?
