Brief Answer:
It can be allergy or if you have fever, an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read your question carefully and I can understand your concern.

If you don't have any fever, then it is most likely an allergy.
If you have a fever, it may be the start of an upper respiratory tract infection.

Basically, the mechanism for both cases it that sweating would cause nasal drainage and so will help you feel better.

If it bothers you, and if you are allergic as a person, you can try taking Loratadine or Cetirizine 10mg once daily at bedtime for few days and see if it is helpful.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay hydrated, because it always helps.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
