Studies have suggested that hormonal changes affect the occurrence of migraines. Menarche, menstruation, pregnancy, menopause and use of oral contraceptives and of hormone replacement treatment (HRT) may influence migraine occurrence. The occurrence may increase two to three fold during these years.
I didnt understand your second question.
Regarding third question, there is some evidence that low estrogen after menopause can affect the optic nerve that carries visual signals from eye to brain. Dry eyes and other vision changes are also reported.
