Brief Answer:
No harm
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In general papaya and senna increases the chances of abortion by increasing gut motility and degradation of enzymes.
But that occurs if these things are taken in large quantities over a long period of time.
As you are feeling fine right now and no symptoms of pain lower abdomen or bleeding from vagina then nothing to worry.
But in general get a dating and viability scan after a couple of weeks and also get booked with a gynecologist for antenatal check ups.
All the best.
