Question: my tongue has been sore and irritated for three weeks and the bumps on my tongue are falling off. is this cancer,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query.
You have an Aphthous ulcer on the tip of the tongue. The other elevations at the back of the tongue are tongue papillae which is absolutely normal. There is nothing that suggests a cancer.
You should apply candid mouth paint and take tablet vitamin c once daily.
please let me know if you have any indigestion or constipation?
Any history of tobacco use or smoking?
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Avoid spicy food and aerated drinks. Drink plenty of water

Take capsule pantoprazole 40 once daily.
Avoid spicy food and aerated drinks
Avoid smoking.
Drink plenty of water.
Take small but frequent diets.
Avoid a sedentary lifestyle.
Continue with the medicine prescribed earlier too.
Take all for a week.
