Do Weight Loss Medicines Cause Chest Pain And Blisters On Tongue?
Question: i started going to a dr for weight loss i have been taking phetermine pills and liposhots and b12 shots. after a month on the program i started to get chest pain burning sensation on my face i started to get 2 white blister on tip of tonque which went away 3days latee.. now my problem is on my back of tonque i have bumps or blister (non painful) with white dots and have white spots on throat i have no pain just my throat i feel like have somthng stuck and wont go away.. idk if it maybe cause of the meds im taking or it could be something serious.. the bumps and spots have been there for about a month i have no know alergies

1. The images show small concretions of food debris ot a mild infection in an aggregation of normal lymphoid tissue (just like the spots also seen in the tonsil). The lingual tonsil is seen just behind ls the normal circumvallate papillae.
2. You must discontinue your current medications and check for resolution of your other symptoms.
3. The tongue spots require only observation and no active treatment. If they increase or persist, a full course of medication including antibiotics, anti inflammatory, anti reflux and medicated gargles. Get your blood sugar levels checked. A small excision biopsy can also be done to rule out oral HPV.
