5HTP can be useful as an adjunctive (add-on) treatment for OCD, added on to an SSRI antidepressant such as Prozac, with the best available treatment being exposure and response prevention psychotherapy (ERT). So it may be worth a try. It does not have any effect on addition/focus for ADD.
