Does Aleve Help Cure Kidney Disease?
Information
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
If you have decreased kidney function, then Aleve, or any other NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) should not be used.
If you do not have decreased kidney function with your kidney disease, then using Aleve occasionally may be ok.
I am attaching a link for information about pain medications from the National Kidney Foundation:

I'm sorry that has limited your options for pain medications. Please do talk with your kidney/renal doctor about pain medications that they recommend as there may be other options for you. But I recommend not trying anything new until you clear it with the renal specialist.
