Question: Can I take 10 mg tablet of balcofen with two 200 mg of Advil to relieve my lower back pain?

Thanks for posting your query,

Baclofen 10mg is an anti spasmodic drug which is given to relieve any muscle spasm or inflammation causing you back pain. Advil 200mg is ibuprofen which is a pain killer.

There is no known harm effects in taking both the drugs together, though in some reports it has mentioned to cause sedation. But if you prefer, you can take Advil in the morning or afternoon and Baclofen in the night as usual.
