Does Clopidogrel Interact With Celebrex?

Increased risk of heart attack and bleeding with celebrex
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
I am sorry to hear that you have had an increase in your pain since stopping Celebrex. Your doctor stopped the celebrex due to an increase in risk for heart attack and GI bleeding. Both of these conditions can be life threatening. Any anti-inflammatory may cause these adverse effects. So the tramadol was substituted for pain control. Unfortunatley it looks like the tramadol is not helping. I would recommend discussing your situation with your medical provider and see if they will restart the celebrex. I would not be too optimistic about that but it doesn't hurt to ask.
I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
