Does Clopidogrel Interact With Metoprolol And Furosemide?
Question: Interaction between B/P drugs (Furosimide & Metoprolol), and the blood thinner Clopidogrel and the following herbs? Horse Chestnut extract,Butchers Broom extract, Gota Kola extract, Bilberry extract,Grape seed extract, and Hesperidin Bioflavonoid (Citrus sinensis) ?

Butcher's broom interacts with some blood pressure meds but not those listed (furosemid and metoprolol).
Gotu Kola does not interact with these medications
Bilberry extract- there is some concern that this may also affect clotting like the horse chestnut
Grape seed extract-no known interactions

As you can see, I'm concerned about various ingredients in supplements and how they might cause concerns. Obviously, the supplement that has those herbs included will not be on my list. I'm looking for a supplement that will help with circulation to the feet and hands. There is another one I'm looking at has 500 mg of diosmin and 100 mg of hesperidin that is portrayed as a unique bioflavonoid derived from citrus peel complex. What say you?
