I have less energy, more irregular heart beats, tingling in my arms and hands, lower heart rate.dry involuntary cough in addition to the normal mild side effects. These started with the medication which doesn't seem to me ,at least , to be helping.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Again
Cough is not a side effect of Carvidelol, however fatigue, less energy, reduced heart rate can be due to the medicine.
However before concluding anything i would like to suggest you to get few basic blood tests done
1. ECG for irregular heart beats
2. Serum Electrolyte levels derangement of which can lead to lack of energy, fatigue, tingling in limbs.
3. HbA1c levels to rule out diabetes.
Kindly get these tests done and follow up with reports for further plan of action.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
