Brief Answer:
It is overdose and need to seek immediately medical attention.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern

Levothyroxine is used to treat an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism). It replaces or provides more thyroid hormone, which is normally produced by the thyroid gland.
Restyl is a brand of Alprazolam and it is used for anxiety disorders and to induce sleep.

There are not interactions between this drugs if someone with hypothyroidism and anxiety disorders, take one tablet of each drug every day,but if someone take 20tb eltroxin 100 mg and 15 tb restyl 0.5 mg this means drug overdoze.

The symptoms Eltroxine overdose may include headache, leg cramps, tremors, feeling nervous or irritable, chest pain, shortness of breath, and fast heartbeats.

Restyl overdose symptoms may include extreme drowsiness, confusion, muscle weakness, loss of balance or coordination and fainting.

If someone take an overdose of this drugs,it is common to get seizures and you might even suffer a stroke or go into a coma. Death is very possible. At what stage this occurs though, depends on the patient but it won't be very much above the therapeutic dose so be extremely careful.

My advice is to contact immediately your nearest emergency services because it can be fatal.

Hope I have clarified your doubts. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
Regards.
