Brief Answer:
No need for worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Breo 250/20 is a combination of Fluticasone (which is a corticosteroid) and Vilanterol, which is a long acting broncho dilator.

The corticosteroid is a type of hormone that does not have an immediate effect, and as it is inhaled, less of it is absorbed compared with an oral corticosteroid, so doing this one time will not have any significant effect. The corticosteroid is an anti-inflammatory.

The vilanterol opens up the airways. You might notice that you are breathing very well with that extra dose, and possibly feel a bit more energetic. But as it is not a short acting broncho dilator, you probably won't feel as much in the way of negative effects. In some people, an extra dose of the broncho dilator may make them feel a little hyper or jittery, but typically not.

So no, there isn't a reason to worry about this.
Regards
