Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM forum.
Jalra M is a combination of two oral hypoglycemic agents- metformin 500mg and vidagliptin 50mg.
Among these, metformin can cause some dyspepsia resulting in symptoms like nausea, flatulence, abdominal discomfort etc. But this is a very commonly used OHA, and most people tolerate the drug without difficulty.
Metformin is an important drug in diabetes, especially typ2. If the gastric upset makes it difficult, kindly discuss with your doctor. This can be reduced by adding acid lowering agents like ranitidine, omeprazole etc.
Other less common side effects of the combination are hypoglycemia, anemia, muscle aches, pedal edema, headache etc.
Meanwhile, reduce amount of spicy/greasy items.Include enough green leafy veggies and fruits. Make food habits healthy and regular.
Hope I have answered your query.

Wishing for good health.
